ARRESTS

11/01/24 – TOBACCO SALE CODE VIOLATION – Citations were issued to the cashier and the business for selling nicotine products to underage buyers. This was part of a compliance check in conjunction with The Council of Southeastern Pennsylvania.  539 N. Main Street (Exxon), Doylestown Borough – Rohitdeep Singh, M/19 of Perkasie;  214 E. Butler Avenue (Chal-Brit Beverages), Chalfont Borough – Patel Samarth, M/24 of Chalfont, PA; 203 W. State Street (Country Food Market), Doylestown Borough – Amit Patel, M/64 of Chalfont, PA; 152 W. State Street (Smoke Shack), Doylestown Borough – Matthew Malky, M/26 of Philadelphia, PA; 194 W. Butler Avenue (Shell Station), New Britain Borough – Smit Parmar V, M/26 of Plainview, NY; and, 495 East Street (7-11), Doylestown Borough – Bramillan Sureha, F/28 of Doylestown, PA. Citations have been filed.
 

11/01/24 – DRUG VIOLATION, Maple Avenue (Harbor View), Doylestown Borough – Gina M. Schrawder, F/58 of Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offense when police responded to Harbor View for complaint of a resident in possession of a controlled substance.

11/01/24 – PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS, 442 N. Main Street (Planet Fitness), Doylestown Borough – Joel Campos, M/21 of Doylestown, PA, was cited for the above offense following police response for unconscious male in the locker room. Upon police arrival, Campos was conscious. He presented with slurred speech, an odor of alcoholic beverage and was uncooperative. Warrington Ambulance provided medical assistance. A Citation has been filed.

11/02/24 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Doylestown Borough – The following individuals were cited for public urination in separate incidents on the same date: Scott Edward Colsher, M/22 of Doylestown, PA; Kyle Christopher Cunnane, M/23 of Doylestown, PA; Greg James Metz, M/25 of Lansdale, PA.

11/03/24 – PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – E. State Street & Oakland Avenue, Doylestown Borough – Sean Dean Billemeyer, M/22 of Doylestown, PA, was cited for the above offense following police observation of passed out male on the sidewalk. Billemeyer presented with a strong odor of alcohol, and heavily slurred speech. A Citation has been issued.

11/03/24 – MOTOR VEHICLE THEFT – East Street, Doylestown Borough - Jeffrey J. Grace, M/52 of Philadelphia, PA, stole a white Honda Accord from the Pizza Village parking lot. Grace was arrested by Warrington Township Police within 15 minutes of the theft. Grace was taken into custody on a former warrant, remanded to Bucks County Prison and a detainer on CBPRD charges. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

11/06/24 – ORDINANCE VIOLATION – 100 N. Main Street (Justice Center), Doylestown Borough - Merle Payne, M/45 of Philadelphia, PA, was charged with the above offense when found with a small amount of marijuana while at the Justice Center. A Citation has been filed.

11/09/24 - DRUG VIOLATIONS (3) – 19 N. Main Street (Chambers), Doylestown Borough – Corey Aston Tripp, M/28 of Jamison, PA, was charged with the above offense for allegedly selling marijuana in the establishment. Trip was taken into custody, arraigned, and released on $50,000 bail with conditions.

11/09/24 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 425 S. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Kevin Michael Cavalluzzo, M/18 of Doylestown, PA; and a juvenile male of Doylestown, PA, were cited for stealing political signs on 10/31/24. Citations have been filed.

11/10/24 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 37 N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – John Slover, III, M/22 of Howell, NJ, was cited for urinating in public. A Citation has been filed.

11/16/24 – PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – Veterans Lane, Doylestown Borough – Philip Quindlen, M/63 of Doylestown, PA, was cited for the above offense when officers observed Quindlen with lacerations to his face as a result of falling, behavior consistent with being under the influence, and empty wine bottles next to him. A Citation has been filed.

11/17/24 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 21 N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – The following individuals were cited for public urination in separate incidents on the same date: Andrew Forr, M/22 of Warminster, PA; and Miachi Avery Williams, M/22 of Hammonton, NJ. Citations have been filed.

11/19/24 – SIMPLE ASSAULT, TERRORISTIC THREATS, DISORDERLY CONDUCT, HARASSMENT – 375 W. Court Street (CB West), Doylestown Borough – A 16-year-old juvenile of Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offenses following police investigation of an incident between students. A Juvenile Allegation has been filed.

11/20/24 – THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING, RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY – 425 S. Main Street (Wawa) Doylestown Borough - Gregory Daniel Page, M/67 of Arlington, VA was charged with the above offenses for stealing political signs posted on Wawa property. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

11/20/24 - TAMPER/FABRICATE EVIDENCE, DRUG VIOLATIONS – Shewell Avenue, Doylestown Borough - Alexander Plitman, M/52 of Warminster, PA, was charged with the above offenses following police response to a reckless driver causing a traffic accident. Plitman presented with an odor of marijuana and when officer inquired about it, Plitman produced the substance. Plitman then ate the substance thereby destroying evidence. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

11/23/24 – UNDERAGE DRINKING – 511 East Street (East Street Shopping Center), Doylestown Borough – Two 17-year-old male juveniles of Doylestown, PA; and Sabrina Grace Weiss, F/18 of Chalfont, PA, were charged with the above offense when police investigated suspicious activity in the shopping center parking lot. Citations have been filed.

11/24/24 – DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE – E. State Street, Doylestown Borough – Shane James, M/21 of Bethlehem, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for driving the wrong way on a one-way street. Battaglia presented with an odor of alcohol and red, glassy eyes. Field sobriety tests were failed and legal blood draw obtained at Doylestown Hospital. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.

11/24/24 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT – W. State Street, Doylestown Borough – Joshua Thomas Kolasa, M/22 of Cherry Hill, NJ, was cited for public urination. A Citation has been filed.

11/28/24 – DISORDERLY CONDUCT-DISTURBING PEACE – N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Jaime Guevara Morales, M/21 of Doylestown, PA, was cited for the above offense following a traffic stop of a motorcycle making excessive and unreasonable noise in a residential area in the early hours of the morning. A Citation has been issued.

Criminal charges, and any discussion thereof, are merely allegations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

11/08/24 – THEFT – N. Broad St & Atkinson Drive, Doylestown Borough – Unknown person(s) stole HVAC piping from a construction site.

11/08/24 – THEFT – 456 N. Main Street (Target), Doylestown Borough – Unknown person(s) stole make up items totaling $207.

11/08/24 – THEFT OF BICYCLE – 625 N. Main Street (Main Street Inn), Doylestown Borough – Unknown person(s) stole a black/dark grey 26” Men’s Mountain Bike.

11/10/24 – MOTOR VEHICLE THEFT – Lafayette Street, Doylestown Borough – Unknown person(s) stole a 2017 black Hyundai Tuscan from a resident’s driveway. The vehicle doors were unlocked and key fob inside. The vehicle was recovered out of Philadelphia.

11/12/24 – CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – Industrial Drive, New Britain Borough – Unknown person(s) shattered glass door on new construction.

11/14/24 – THEFT OF BICYCLE – 51 W. Court Street (Villa Capri), Doylestown Borough – Unknown person(s) stole a men’s “lefty” Mountain Bike with silver, black and orange frame worth $700.

11/21/24 – THEFT – 555 N. Broad Street (Center Square Towers), Doylestown Borough – Unknown person stole a delivered package from the building’s mailroom.

11/22/24 – THEFT – W. Hillcrest Avenue, Chalfont Borough – Unknown person(s) stole two delivered packages containing over $1,100 of products.

11/27/24 – CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 25 E. State Street (Siren Records), Doylestown Borough – Unknown person(s) vandalized the second-floor common area with food thrown on carpet/walls and broken glass.

11/28/24 – CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 16 S. Main Street (Doylestown Bookshop), Doylestown Borough – Unknown person(s) broke a large pane of glass in one of the front displays.
