A chunk of concrete that was thrown from the Dublin Pike overpass onto Route 611 (northbound lane) on Friday, November 7, 2025, at approximately 1:30 PM, struck a vehicle shattering its windshield. Three juveniles were observed leaning on the railing of the overpass moments prior to the incident. A juvenile described as approximately 5’7” with long brown hair, wearing a dark beanie and dark jacket dropped the 3”x3” piece of concrete onto the vehicle. The juveniles were seen running from the incident toward East Sandy Ridge Road on Old Dublin Pike in Doylestown Township. This highly dangerous incident led to property damage without injury to the driver.
