ARRESTS
Public Drunkenness Arrest, 1:16 am, Sunday, March 29, 2020, 495 East Street (7-11 Store), Doylestown Borough – Timoteo Guachiac, 19, of Hatfield, PA, was arrested for the above offense. Police stopped Guachiac as he was running to the 7-11 store to advise him the store was closed and he should return home. After the conversation, Guachiac was to be on his way when he opened the passenger side door of the patrol K9 vehicle and proceeded to get in. K9 Baron engaged Guachiac and was subsequently called off by the Officer. Medical assistance was provided by Central Bucks Ambulance. A citation has been filed.
Retail Theft Arrest, 1:56 PM, Monday, March 30, 2020, 480 N. Main Street (Acme Market), Doylestown Borough – Vincent Paul Furia, Jr., M/25, was arrested for the above offense after police responded to Acme for retail theft with Furia talking with employee. Furia had attempted to leave the store with a shopping cart full of chips, soda and candy worth approximately $294. Upon police arrival, Furia had fled the scene and found in the immediate area. Furia was arraigned, bail set at $5,000 unsecured with restrictions.
Driving Under Influence Arrest, 5:29 pm, Tuesday, March 31, 2020, Lenape Drive and Sioux Road, New Britain Borough – Zachary David Wiest, M/26, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense following police response to a one-vehicle accident. Wiest presented with unsteady gait, glassy eyes and admitted to drinking several alcoholic beverages. A portable breathalizer test was administered and subsequent blood draw at Doylestown Hospital. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
Criminal Trespass Arrest, 6:34 pm, Friday, April 3, 2020, tens block Doyle Street, Doylestown Borough - Sean Aaron Perry, M/31, of Philadelphia, PA, was arrested for the above offense after police were dispatched for suspicious activity. Perry was trespassing on private property and was sighted several times using the gazebo for all his personal belongings and eating meals. A Citation has been filed.
Kidnapping, Aggravated Assault Arrest, 2:10 pm, Monday, April 6, 2020, Skyline Drive, Chalfont Borough – Arif Chowdhury, M/23; Mehdi Hasan Mollah, M/24; and, Fardin Sadib, M/21, all of Lansdale, PA were arrested for the above offenses after police were dispatched for suspicious activity for a vehicle observed chasing a juvenile. Upon arrival, police were waved down by the victim. Investigation revealed the minor victim, M/14, of Chalfont Borough, had arranged a drug buy through social media, met suspects at arranged time/place, and entered their vehicle. When the victim explained he did not have money on him and would have to return to his residence, the suspects responded “you’re going to die if you mess with me”, and “I’m going to kill you” as they sped through the neighborhood streets. The victim attempted to exit the vehicle at which time one suspect yelled “get the gun.” The victim was able to force the car door open and jump from the moving vehicle while it moved at a high rate of speed. The vehicle’s rear tire hit the victim causing cuts and bruises. The victim began running from the vehicle. The suspects gave chase but were not present when police arrived. Shortly later, police found and stopped the SUV in the immediate area. Arif Chowdury, Mehdi Hasan Mollah, and Fardin Sadib were taken into custody, arraigned, bail set at 10% $100,000 secured and remanded to Bucks County Prison
Criminal charges, and any discussion thereof, are merely allegations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Criminal Mischief to Business, Monday, April 6, 2020, 50 E. Hamilton Street (Mars Fishcare), Chalfont Borough - Unknown person(s) shattered front glass door, possibly with BB gun.
Bicycle Thefts, Thursday, April 9, 2020, 400 block Maple Avenue, Doylestown Borough – Unknown person(s) stole a bright blue SE Racing “Ripper” bicycle with bright green tires and a gray Marin Larkspur bicycle from resident’s garage. Total estimated value $650.
Criminal Mischief to Business, Saturday, April 11, 2020, 480 N. Main Street (Acme Markets), Doylestown Borough – Unknown person(s) spray painted (tagged) the Acme building and storage trailer behind the store.
