ARRESTS
Theft by Unlawful Taking, Receiving Stolen Property Arrest, 2:30 pm, Wednesday, March 4, 2020, 218 N. Main Street (Dairy Queen), Doylestown Borough – Kathleen Marie Stanley, F/59, of Warrington, PA, turned herself in and was arrested for the above offenses. Stanley admittedly stole a donation jar for multiple sclerosis at the Dairy Queen on February 21, 2020. Stanley was arraigned, bail set at $5,000 unsecured with restrictions.
Driving Under Influence Arrest, 6:52 pm, Thursday, March 5, 2020, N. Main Street and Butler Avenue, Chalfont Borough – Efren Gatica-Rodrizuez, M/50, of Chalfont, PA, was arrested for the above offense following a traffic stop for stopping past the stop bar at the intersection impeding turning movements for eastbound traffic, and no turn signal. Gatica presented with slow lethargic movements, glassy eyes and an odor of alcoholic beverage. Field Sobriety Tests were administered and failed, subsequent blood draw was obtained at Doylestown Hospital. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
Drug Possession, Driving While Suspended Arrest, 3:12 am, Friday, March 6, 2020, 400 block East Street, Doylestown Borough – Rickey Matthew Lombardo, M/22, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offenses and additional charges after police conducted an investigation for suspicious activity and suspended registration due to insurance cancellation. Lombardo’s was found to be in possession of drugs and license suspended. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
Criminal Mischief Arrest, 1:27 pm, Sunday, March 7, 2020, 29 S. Main Street (Stephanie’s), Doylestown Borough – Leon J. Kubis, M/63, of Sicklerville, NJ, was arrested for the above offense after police responded to a disturbance involving the Kubis and a patron. Kubis admittedly snapped the patron’s valid license in half rendering it useless for suspicion of a fake id. A Citation has been filed.
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest, 8:21 am, Tuesday, March 10, 2020, 400 block S. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – William Christopher Dixon, M/28, of Philadelphia, PA, was arrested for the above offense after officers conducted a traffic stop for speeding and found Dixon in possession of drug paraphernalia. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
Harassment Arrest, 8:37 pm, Thursday, March 12, 2020, 100 block of North Street, Doylestown Borough – Sean Smith, M/41, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense after police responded to a domestic in progress after a verbal argument escalated. A Citation has been filed.
Indecent Assault (2 counts) Arrest, 2:19 pm, Friday, March 13, 2020; Incident dates December 2019 and February 2020, tens block of Old Dublin Pike, Doylestown Borough – George R. Shaver, Jr. M/48, of Pipersville, PA, was arrested for two counts of Indecent Assault during two incidents without victim's consent and despite victim’s objections. Shaver is a Bucks County Park Ranger, known to the victim, and was in uniform and on duty during the December 2019 incident. Shaver was arraigned, bail set at $25,000 unsecured, with restrictions, and released. CBRPD worked in conjunction with Bucks County Detectives throughout the investigation and arrest.
Disorderly Conduct, 2:05 am, Saturday, March 14, 2020, tens block of S. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Lucas Gatwals, M/21, of Sellersville, PA, was arrested for the above offense after publicly urinating. A Citation has been filed.
Disorderly Conduct Arrest, 1:54 am, Sunday, March 15, 2020, 29 S. Main Street (Stephanie’s Bar), Doylestown Borough – Emily Madden, F/23, of Chalfont, PA, was arrested for the above offense after police were called for a disturbance where Madden was pushing employees, causing a scene and refusing to leave after numerous requests from bar management. A Citation has been filed.
Assault, Criminal Mischief Arrest, 7:06 pm, Friday, March 20, 2020, 100 block N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Jennifer D. Fulton, F/47, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offenses after police responded to a domestic in progress between Fulton and a male. Fulton punched the victim several times in the face and broke a glass window. Fulton was arraigned, bail set at 10% of $20,000 with restrictions and remanded to Bucks County Prison.
Criminal charges, and any discussion thereof, are merely allegations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
CRIME AND INCIDENTS
Theft, Tuesday, March 3, 2020, 565 N. Main Street (Doylestown Spa Car Wash), Doylestown Borough -– Unknown person broke into the coin box with a crowbar causing over $11,000 in damage and unknown amount of cash taken. Suspect is described as large build male, wearing dark clothing, hooded sweatshirt, black mask covering face and glove on one hand.
Criminal Mischief, Friday, March 6, 2020, 23 E. Oakland Street (Rudolph Building), Doylestown Borough – Unknown person(s) broke the apartment entrance door glass window during the overnight hours.
