ARRESTS
Disorderly Conduct, Public Drunkenness Arrest, 1:17 am, Saturday, February 8, 2020, 19 N. Main Street (Chambers), Doylestown Borough - Colby L. Carr, M/36, of Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offenses following altercation with staff at Chambers when asked to leave the establishment and Robinson tried to re-enter. Earlier in the evening, police had contact with Carr causing a disturbance with patrons outside of Artistic Pizza. Citations have been filed.
Assault Arrest, (filed February 10, 2020) Saturday, February 1, 2020, 37 N. Main Street (Mom’s Bar), Doylestown Borough - Timothy Alvin Gower, M/22, of Warrington, PA was charged with the above offense following a physical altercation initiated by Gower resulting in the victim suffering injury after being punched in the face. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
Assault, Harassment Arrest, 7;54 pm Friday, February 14, 2020, 100 block Wood Street, Doylestown Borough – Michael S. Mastrangelo, M/34 of Doylestown PA, was charged with the above offenses when police responded to a domestic dispute. Following a verbal argument with the victim, Mastrangelo grabbed the victim and threw her to the ground. Mastrangelo was arraigned, bail set at $50,000 (10%) and remanded to Bucks County Prison.
Public Drunkenness Arrest, 1:45 am, Sunday, February 16, 2020, Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Gavin Paul Yingling, M/22 of Boyertown PA, was charged with the above offense after police responded to a person lying on the sidewalk. Yingling presented with an odor of alcoholic beverage. Central Bucks EMS responded for medical attention. A Citation has been filed.
Ordinance Violations, 1:18 pm, Monday, February 17, 2020, Cedar Road, New Britain Borough – Dante Truman Dionisio, M/20, of Upper Darby, PA; Cory Fikes, M/37, of Vineland, PA; Stephen Vincent Zimnoch, M/30, of Glen Mills, PA; and, Green Star Exteriors of Halmes, PA, were cited for soliciting without a permit. Citations have been filed.
Criminal charges, and any discussion thereof, are merely allegations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
