ARRESTS
Theft by Deception, Theft by Unlawful Taking, Receiving Stolen Property, 1:47 pm, August 1, 2019 (Arrest Date January 7, 2020), 77 Bristol Road (CoPart), Chalfont Borough – Tony Lamar Richardson, M/55 of Spartanburg, NC, was charged with the above offenses and picked up from Philadelphia Police on an Active Arrest Warrant on 01/07/2020 and transported to CBRPD. Richardson was involved in a theft case along with another male, sold a stolen vehicle, received a check from Copart for the purchase, and left the property in the stolen vehicle they had just sold. Richardson was arraigned before Judge Armitage, bail set at 10% of $25,000 and remanded to Bucks County Prison.
Disorderly Conduct Arrests, 2:05 am, January 9, 2020, tens block of N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Danielle Rose Ray, F/25 of Hatboro, PA; Kurt Robert Saracini, M/28 of Doylestown, PA; and, Robert Michael Scanzillo, M/30 of Chalfont, PA; were charged with the above offense after police observed the two males laying on the sidewalk fighting each other. Saracini was additionally charged with public drunkenness. Ray was charged as a result of her attempting to open the locked door of the police vehicle where Saracini was being held. Citations have been filed.
Disorderly Conduct Arrest, 1:55 am, January 11, 2020, Dommel Way & W. Court Street, Doylestown, PA – Jared M. Saias, M/21 of Pipersville, PA, was charged with the above offense for public urination. A citation has been filed.
Institutional Vandalism Arrest, December 11, 2019 (Allegation filed January 14, 2020), 375 W. Court Street (CB West High School), Doylestown Borough – Arrest Date Two male juveniles were charged with the above offense following an investigation of after Instagram posts were made showing the juveniles breaking ceiling tiles and throwing pieces into the toilet. Juvenile Allegations have been filed.
Simple Assault, Harassment, Disorderly Conduct, 9:24 pm, January 14, 2020, 26 Park Avenue, Chalfont Borough – Anthony Uriarte, M/28 of Chalfont, PA, was charged with the above offenses after a verbal argument led to a physical dispute over a cell phone. Uriarte grabbed the victim, threw her onto a couch and then struck her with a closed fist, his elbow and his knee. Uriarte left the scene prior to police arrival. Uriarte was later taken into custody, arraigned, bail set at $25,000 unsecured with bail conditions and released.
Harassment, 10:05 am, January 15, 2020, 561 N. Main Street (McDonalds), Doylestown Borough – Margaret Reyes (employee), F/33, of Doylestown, was charged with the above offense after getting into a physical altercation with a customer.
Criminal charges, and any discussion thereof, are merely allegations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
CRIMES & INCIDENTS
Theft, 2:14 pm, January 10, 2020, 375 W. Court Street (CB West High School), Doylestown Borough – Unknown person(s) stole a wallet containing $140 that was stored in a gym locker during class time.
Burglary, 1:10 am, January 13, 2020, 440 Swamp Road (Lukoil), Doylestown Borough – Unknown male suspect smashed front door of Lukoil gas station with a hammer, entered the store, stole over 60 packs of Newport cigarettes (valued at approximately $500) and exited the building. Suspect was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with Philadelphia Eagles head on the front, orange brim baseball cap, black knee-length shorts with black spandex leggings, grey sneakers, and black gloves.
