On October 28, 2020, at approximately 6:00 AM, in the area of CB West on W. Court Street, Doylestown Borough, a female jogger was approached by a white male wearing only a striped headband and sneakers (no clothing). The male ran alongside the victim and made a sexual gesture.  After the victim fled the scene, the male suspect left the area.
