Bristol Borough Police News, March 23 - April 25, 2021

March 23

10:58 a.m., 400 block Beaver St., male, age 26, Bass NC, arrested for interference with custody of children.  He was arrested and released on $40,000 unsecured bail with no contact order.

March 30

3:00 p.m. 1200 block  Route 13, male, age 52, Bristol, PA, arrested for an incident that occurred on March 16, 2021. He was charged with terrorist threats, recklessly endangering another person, simple assault and disorderly conduct.  He will be summoned to court to answer charges.

April 1

4:11 p.m., 400 block Lafayette St., female, age 38, Bristol, PA and female, age 41,Bristol, PA, both cited for disorderly conduct.

April 2

4:14 p.m., criminal mischief,  200 block Mill St., window and light bulbs broken in apartment.

April 3

2:00 a.m., Farragut Ave. & Cleveland St, Bristol, PA, cited for ordinance violation for parking.

8:41 a.m., 300 block Monroe St., male, age 40, Bristol, PA, cited for disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.

April 5

7:50 a.m., 200 block Mill St., male, age 38, Levittown, PA, cited for criminal trespass.

April 6

11:50 a.m., 200 Commerce Circle, male, age 53, Bristol, PA, cited for littering, disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

2:31 p.m., theft, 1000 block Beaver St., delivered package stolen from porch.

April 7

4:40 p.m., theft, 500 block Beaver St., PA Reg: KLG-7589, stolen from vehicle.

April 8

12:35 p.m., Maple Beach Rd. & Canal's End Rd., female, age 26, Bristol, PA, cited for disorderly conduct.

3:30 p.m., theft, 600 block Wood St., package containing a health life alert pendant, stolen from apartment.

April 10

1:11 a.m., 1800  block Farragut Ave., female, age 22, Levittown, PA, cited for disorderly conduct.

10:25 p.m., criminal mischief, Snyder-Girotti School, 450 Beaver St., juveniles damaged metal barricades and smashed concrete in the roadway.

April 13

11:23 a.m., criminal mischief, 500 block Linden St., unknown subject threw an acid like substance on vehicle damaging the vehicle.

11:07 p.m., 200 block Franklin St., male, age 34, Bristol, PA; female, age 37, Bristol, PA and female, age 36, Bristol, PA, all cited for disorderly conduct.

April 14

12:39 a.m.,300 Bath St., male, age 46, Philadelphia, PA, cited for disorderly conduct.

5:12 p.m., criminal mischief, Septa/Amtrak Train Station, 100 Prospect St., vehicle was struck by rocks causing damage to windshield.

April 16

10:47 a.m., 500 block Swain St., male, age 32, Bristol, PA, cited for disorderly conduct.

April 18

12:08 p.m., vehicle theft, Mill Street Parking Lot, a green 2010 Hyundai Accent sedan, later recovered in Tullytown, PA.

April 21

11:05 a.m., theft, 025 Radcliffe St., Murray lawnmower with a red deck, black 3.5 HP Briggs and Stratton engine with bag, stolen from property.

11:15 a.m., theft of vehicle, 701 Canal St., a red 2006 Ford E250 van, PA Reg: ZMK-8529 stolen from parking lot.

April 22

10:11 a.m., Lafayette & Wood Sts., male, age 23, Bristol, PA, cited for criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

April 23

12:50 p.m., criminal mischief, 728 Canal St., several juveniles threw rocks at the business and at vehicles inside the work yard, breaking rear window to a van.  Juveniles have been identified and charges are pending.

April 25

5:08 p.m., theft from vehicle, 500 block Lafayette St., tools and equipment stolen from work vehicle overnight valued at $3,000.00.
