7:45 p.m., during a traffic stop at Green Lane & Rt. 13, James Rhames, III, age 25, Draymond St., Trenton, NJ, arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, he will be summoned to court to answer said charges.

April 3

4:44 p.m., during a traffice stop at Walnut & Wilson Sts., Justin Fran Sieborowski, age 36, Oak Ave., Croydon, PA, arrested for possession drug paraphernalia, unauthorized transfer or use of registration, operating vehicle without financial responsibility, operating vehicle with suspended license and no certificate of inspection, he will be summoned to court to answer charges.  Joseph Gillespie, age 38, Fruittree Rd., Levittown, PA, was wanted out of Montgomery County Sheriff's Dept., he was released into the custody of Montgomery County Sheriff's Dept.

2:00 p.m., Bristol High School, three juveniles, age 14, cited for disorderly conduct.

2:00 a.m., Borough Pub, 1800 Farragut Ave., Jonathan Patrick Andrews, age 26, Buckley St., Bristol, PA; Brieana Lee McQuaid, age 21, Lesha Dr., Morrisville, PA; Paige Marie Andrews, age 22, Buckley St., Bristol, PA; all arrested for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, all summoned to court to answer said charges.

2:52 a.m., Sunoco Station, Rt. 13 & Bath St., Michael Chilton, age 39, Luken St., Trevose, PA, cited for disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.

5:06 a.m., 300 block Lafayette St., Mark C. Capriotti, age 29, Lafayette St., Bristol, PA, cited for disorderly conduct and excessive noise.

6:44 a.m., theft, Inspire Credit Union, 65 Commerce Circle, Porter cable sawzal, Pass load nail gun and a DeWalt cordless tool kit stolen from property.

9:28 a.m., criminal mischief, unknown actor scratched obscenities on the side of a vehicle.

9:51 p.m., theft, 600 block Bath St., a pink Mongoose BMX bike valued at $100.00 stolen.

1:42 a.m., three juveniles, one age 12, two age 11, all cited for curfew violation.

6:52 a.m., criminal mischief, 800 block Garden St., actor damaged vehicle windshield with a rock sometime overnight.

April 9

1:12 p.m., Rite Aid, 452 Pond St., Cleveland P. Lockett, age 47, Penn St., Bristol, PA, arrested for disorderly conduct, summoned to court.

7:56 p.m., 100 Commerce Circle, Walmart, 3215 Commerce Center Blvd., Bethlehem, PA, cited for false/faulty alarm.
