On December 2, 2019, the defendant, Manuel Lomas, allegedly stole approximately $16,000.00 worth of equipment and items from a storage garage in the 300 block of Mill Street that he rented to the victim.  On January 9, 2020, a warrant was issued for Manuel Lomas.  Mr. Lomas was arrested and is incarcerated in Philadelphia on unrelated charges  where a detainer was placed by Bristol Borough Police Dept. for extradition to Bucks County Prison.
