On June 6, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 1100 block Radcliffe Street for an assault in progress, Officers were told that John Chrupalyk, was found to have assaulted  the victim and was also throwing various items at the victim.  The defendant was located in the back yard and was belligerent and argumentative towards officers.  He was taken into custody and later arraigned before the Honorable Judge Daniel J. Finello Jr. and sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $25,000, 10% bail.
