* Update 04/23/26 * As a result of collaboration with the Hilltown Township Police Department, a suspect has been developed, and charges are pending. Thank you!
Bedminster Township Police is investigating the theft of a catalytic converter from a small bus that was parked in a parking lot in the 1000 block of Old Bethlehem Road. The catalytic converter was cut off the vehicle, presumably by using a Sawzall tool. The theft occurred sometime between Monday, April 6th, and Friday, April 10th. There is no suspect(s) or surveillance video at this time.
We are looking to partner with the community to locate any similar thefts during that time period or any observed suspicious activity. Bedminster Police is working alongside other agencies in the area that may have experienced similar thefts.
