Warminster Township Police are investigating a Retail Theft that occurred at the WalMart located at 120 E. Street Rd on Wednesday July 28, 2021 at 2002 hours. The below subject is being investigated for taking three cell phones from the electronics department counter, concealing the merchandise in the shopping cart and then on his person. The subject then exits the store without paying for the merchandise which totaled $761.99.
