We are accepting applications for a full-time law enforcement position. The Township of Spring Police Department is an accredited agency in a progressive suburban community. Minimum base starting salary for 2026 is $99,044 when certified. Applicants with special skills or law enforcement experience may be eligible for bonus points and/or salary incentives (see below attachment). After submitting a completed application, you will participate in the entry level physical agility and written test on Saturday, March 14th, 2026 at Wilson High School. Applicants must:
- Be 21 years of age at the time of the test.
- Be a U.S. citizen in good standing.
- Be able to read, write and speak the English language.
- Be a high school graduate or possess a GED.
- Possess a valid PA driver’s license at time of employment.
- Be in good physical condition and be able to meet MPOETC standards for police officers.
- Be able to perform essential job functions and complete a competitive process consisting of written exam, oral interview, physical agility test, and physical and psychological exams.
- Be able to pass a comprehensive background investigation including the provisions of PA Act 57.

The application is 22 pages in total, including waivers. Applications will not be accepted unless fully completed, including signature and notarization.
