A homeowner from the 2200 block of Penn Avenue called to report their vehicle was stolen between the hours of 1am and 10am on June 19th.  When police arrived the homeowner discovered both sets of keys, a purse and a work bag also missing from the residence.  Paperwork from the work bag was discovered in the alley behind the house and several items in a nearby trash can.  The vehicles is described as a white four door 2011 Honda Accord with tinted windows and black scratches on the bumper.  The vehicle was displaying PA Reg: KFY0045.  The only suspicious activity that occurred before the house was burglarized and vehicle was stolen was that an intoxicated male knocked on the door in the early morning hours.  The male is described as a light skinned black male in his 20's approximately 5'08" with a thin build and attempted to speak Spanish.  If anyone saw suspicious activity in the area please leave the information on our tip line.
