On June 11, 2026, Spring Township Police were dispatched to Target for a male that was about to push a shopping cart out of the store after passing all points of sale. Loss Prevention advised that upon confronting the male in the front vestibule of the store with the items he was allegedly attempting to steal, the male abandoned the items and fled on foot. Police arrived on scene and were able to detain the male.  After an investigation, Hector ROSARIO was arrested for Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property.
