On February 12, 2026, Spring Township Police were dispatched to Target for a retail theft suspect in custody. It was reported to police by the Asset Protection Manager that Stephen PREVAL was viewed on surveillance concealing items within his backpack. PREVAL passed all points of sale without attempting to pay for the concealed items. The total amount of items concealed and not paid for was $284.95.  

Ultimately, Stephen PREVAL was charged with Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property.
