On December 16, 2024, Spring Township Police were dispatched to Ulta Beauty for a report of retail theft.  It was reported to police that there had been four females in the store concealing merchandise in a stroller. The total loss to the store was $2,320.00. After an investigation, Quetesha PAYNE was charged with Retail Theft, Conspiracy, and Receiving Stolen Property.
