On March 10, 2026, Spring Township Police were dispatched to the 2700 block of Houckway Drive to assist the Berks County Sheriff's Department with a warrant service.  Upon arrival, the officer was informed that while serving the warrant on Keenan NEWTON, he was in possession of a handgun.  After an investigation, NEWTON was arrested for Person Not to Possess/Use Firearm.
