On July 7, 2026, Spring Township Police were dispatched to Target for a retail theft in progress.  It was reported to police that a female entered the store with two children and proceeded to the sporting goods section. The female filled a shopping cart with Owala branded water bottles and covered them with a blanket that she brought to the store. The female passed all points of sale and exited the store to her vehicle. The female re-entered the store and proceeded to the seasonal section where she placed more Owala bottles into her cart, along with other items, and covered them with the same blanket. The female purchased two school back packs and two lunch boxes but failed to pay for any item in the cart. The female attempted to leave the store with the shopping cart and was stopped by Loss Prevention personnel.  The total amount of stolen merchandise was $3,023.92.

After an investigation, Nichole FULLER was charged with Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property.
