On December 13, 2025, at approximately 4:07 PM, Robeson Township Police were dispatched to a motor vehicle crash at the bridge located at Rock Hollow Road and Hay Creek Road, which was closed due to construction at the time.

A vehicle was located off the roadway, and the operator was identified as Gavin RICHARD, who confirmed he was operating the vehicle at the time of the incident. During the investigation, the responding officer observed indicators consistent with impairment and conducted standardized field sobriety testing.

RICHARD was transported to Berks County Central Processing, where he declined to submit a legal breath test. Based on the investigation, Gavin RICHARD was charged with DUI and related offenses.
