On January 12, 2026, shortly before 7:00 PM, Robeson Township Police were dispatched to a residence on Albert Street in Birdsboro for a reported 911 hang-up call. Investigation revealed a domestic disturbance involving a physical altercation between an adult male and a juvenile, resulting in injuries to the juvenile.

During the response, officers observed the male operating a motor vehicle and exhibiting signs of impairment. Further investigation revealed marijuana and drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle.

As a result of the investigation, Christopher REILLY was charged with Simple Assault, Harassment, DUI, and Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia. The juvenile was evaluated by EMS at the scene. A criminal complaint was filed.
