08/22/26: Subject has been identified and verified as working with Kinetic through a third party vendor. This man and his team were told to leave the area and obtain valid permits through the Township.

The police are attempting to identify the male depicted in the attached images. Yesterday around 1:16 PM he was claiming to be a solicitor with Kinetic High Speed Internet, but the company said he has no affiliation with them. He was observed taking photos of properties in the area and knocking on doors. He is described as a white male in his 30's with a tattoo down his right forearm of possibly a flower.

He left the area prior to police arrival. Police are seeking his identity to question him about this activity.
