Officers were dispatched for a motor vehicle accident in the 300 blk of Swamp Rd. Officers arrived and made contact with the operator, Jarrod WYSOCK, who admitted he had been drinking. An investigation was conducted and it was determined that WYSOCK’s blood alcohol concentration was more than double the legal limit. WYSOCK was arrested on the above charges.
