On 22 June 2022 the Subject was observed riding a dark colored Harley Davidson Motorcycle on Main St near the Sheetz at a high rate of speed by a patrol officer. The officer attempted to pull the vehicle over and the motorcycle fled the area failing to stop. The operator of the motorcycle was later identified through investigation as Whary. Charges were filed against the subject and he failed to show up for his scheduled court hearing in October 2022. A bench warrant was issued and he later picked up on the active warrant.
