Subject was observed by Caernarvon Police in the Walmart parking lot driving an unregistered vehicle. The officer observed the vehicle exit the parking lot onto Route 23 and attempted to stop the vehicle for the traffic violation. The subject failed to stop for the officer when the police vehicle lights and siren were activated. Upon further investigation it was shown that the subject had just been shoplifting at the Walmart. The subject was identified through investigation and a warrant was issued for his arrest. He was later taken into custody.
