Officers were dispatched to a report of a male that attempted to gain access to a hotel room at the Holiday Inn without the permission of the victims. After an investigation was conducted officers determined the defendant, Andrew SCIARRETTA Jr., found out where the victims were staying and went to the Holiday Inn and attempted to gain access to the victims room without their permission. SCIARRETTA Jr. was arrested for the above charges, disorderly conduct was later dismissed at court.
