On December 10, 2020 the Caernarvon Township Police were dispatched to the 3500 block of Main Street for a reported domestic assault with injuries. Police were notified that the victim was thrown into an entertainment system and sustained a laceration to her hand. Dispatch further advised that the suspect fled the scene after breaking everything in the house. 

Ofc TRANOVICH and Det EBERLY arrived along with EMS from Elverson Honey Brook Ambulance. Through investigation conducted, an arrest warrant was filed against Kevin MILLER of Morgantown for domestic related aggravated assault, simple assault and criminal mischief.
