On 6/14/2019, Officers were dispatched to Walmart for a domestic that had occurred. The defendant, Jessica MACMINN, fled the scene. Officers located MACMINN a short time later not far from the scene. After conducting an investigation it was determined the domestic occurred out of our area and will be handled by the PA State Police. MACMINN was arrested for the above charges that occurred in Caernarvon Twp.
