Officer were dispatched to the Lowes parking lot for a female possibly having a medical emergency. Officers arrived and determine the defendant, Dianah KISEKKA, was not having a medical emergency but appeared intoxicated. An investigation was conducted and KISEKKA was arrested for the above charges. Robeson and Brecknock PD assisted.
