Jasmine KANDY was arrested for a series of retail thefts/attempted thefts committed at the Walmart located in Elverson PA. She was featured as a suspect back in July on our website seeking the help of the public for their identity. She was later captured in September by Loss Prevention and identified on site once police arrived.
