On October 31st police were called the the Hollywood Casino by security. They were reporting that they had an intoxicated male in the lobby refusing to leave. Police arrived and met with security and the male. The male refused to cooperate with police and was found to have thrown up on himself. During the course of the investigation, the male became aggressive, belligerent, and argumentative. The male also dropped marijuana in front of the officers. He was taken into custody for possession of small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, and defiant criminal trespass. He was then subsequently identified as Chaka EVANS of Reading PA.
