On 7/9/2019, Officers were dispatched to Walmart for a suspicious vehicle. While enroute Officers observed the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop for an equipment violation. After conducting an investigation it was determined that the defendant, Bradley CLEMMENS, was driving under the influence of narcotics. CLEMMENS was arrested for the above charges.
