***UPDATE - resident checked at the post office, it was the outside box on the side of the building in Brentwood at Towne Square***

We have received a few calls today in regard to a news story that was seen, where mail was taken from blue drop boxes to include the Brentwood area.

We spoke with someone at the Postal Inspector's office and are trying to gather more information - specifically which box in Brentwood had mail taken, from which location.

To file a report of mail being taken from the Post Office Location at Brentwood (outside box) or any other location to include Pleasant Hills, you should be filing a report with the Inspector's office @ 1-877-876-2455.

You can also submit your information online with their office as well.

As more information becomes available, we will pass it along. Unfortunately, as of right now we are unsure which actual box had mail stolen - most likely the outside box at the post office location.
