Joint Law Enforcement Operation Leads to Recovery of an Unlawfully Possessed Handgun and Marijuana

On 5.7.2026 at approximately 6:00 a.m., the Brentwood Borough Police Department, in collaboration with the PA Office of Attorney General-Allegheny County Gun Violence Task Force, and the PA Office of Attorney General Special Operations Group, executed an approved search warrant in the Borough of Brentwood.

As a result of the search, law enforcement officials recovered an unlawfully possessed handgun and marijuana with the intent to distribute.  This successful operation is a direct outcome of multiple investigations into the possession of unlawful firearms in the region.
