Joint Law Enforcement Operation Leads to Recovery of Stolen Handgun
On 3.31.2026 at approximately 6:00 a.m., the Brentwood Borough Police Department, in collaboration with the PA Office of Attorney General-Allegheny County Gun Violence Task Force, Allegheny County Juvenile Probation, and the SHACOG CIRT team, executed an approved search warrant in the Borough of Brentwood.
As a result of the search, law enforcement officials recovered a stolen handgun and two cell phones. This successful operation is a direct outcome of multiple investigations into the possession of unlawful firearms in the region.
