Good morning.  We want to let you know the status of a robbery that we responded to on Monday 7/10/23 at 4:44am.  On this date, our agency responded to East Garden Road for a vehicle that was stolen from its owners at gunpoint.  While on-scene, gunshots were heard from a distance away and other officers were unable to locate the source of the shots.  Later that morning, we along with the City of Pittsburgh Police were called to the area of Sankey Avenue and Churchview Avenue for a report of juveniles with a firearm.  We along with officers from Baldwin Borough attempted to stop the juveniles however they fled.  At this time, we and the Allegheny County Police are actively working this case and it is still under investigation.  We will update you when we are able to release additional details of this case.  We want to thank everyone for their patience in this matter.
