Officers received numerous tips of narcotics sales in the area of Greenlee Road and Kestner Avenue.  Officers made contact with the male fitting the description provided to them after an apparent transaction attempt began.  The male was in possession of Xanax and Alprazolam.  He was taken into custody and ultimately transported to the Allegheny County Jail for arraignment.
