The Bellevue Borough Police Department has made an arrest in connection with a second reported stalking incident. Anthony Bartos was arraigned today on additional charges of Stalking, Loitering and Prowling at night, and harassment. He is currently being held at the Allegheny County Jail, awaiting a preliminary hearing scheduled for September 3, 2026.

This arrest is the result of a thorough investigation into a series of incidents reported by a juvenile victim. The victim reported being followed and stalked by an unknown male on multiple occasions. Through diligent work by our officers, the suspect was identified and charged.

All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
