On Oct. 13, 2018, officers responded to 170 Dakota Avenue for a report of a tenant attempting to steal from packages delivered to another resident.  It was reported by tenants that Connor McWilliams opened packages delivered to a tenant on the first floor.  The report stated that McWilliams knocked on the door in an effort to determine if the tenant was home and then proceeded to open the packages.  The victim informed officers that she has had other packages opened and items stolen within the past few weeks.

When officers went to speak with McWilliams they also discovered drugs and drug equipment in plain sight.  McWilliams faces charges via summons.
