On February 9th, 2026, Corning Police Officers arrested 25 year-old Ethan A. Stoddard, of Corning, for Harassment 2nd Degree following an investigation into an incident that occurred on January 30th, 2026. Mr. Stoddard was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Corning City Court at a later date.
