On July 5th, 2026, Corning Police Officers responded to a residence on West William St. in Corning for a trespass complaint. Following an investigation, officers arrested 50 year-old Jill M. Sternberg, of Corning, for Criminal Trespass 2nd Degree. Ms Sternberg was processed on the arrest at the Corning Police Dept. and subsequently transported to the Steuben County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
