On September 16th, 2026, Corning Police Officers arrested 57 year-old Cale R. Paul of Corning. Mr. Paul was charged with Grand Larceny 3rd Degree (felony), 3 counts of Criminal Possession Forged Instrument 2nd Degree (felony) and 3 counts of Criminal Possession Stolen Property 5th Degree. Mr. Paul was processed on the arrest at the Corning Police Dept. and subsequently transported to the Steuben County Jail to await arraignment.
