On February 15th, 2026, Corning Police Officers arrested Caleb L. Noel for Criminal Trespass 2nd Degree for trespassing at a residence on John St. in the City of Corning. Mr. Noel was processed on the arrest at the Corning Police Dept. and issued an appearance ticket to appear in Corning City Court at a later date.
