On April 28th, 2026, Corning Police Officers arrested 42 year-old Elizabeth A. Martin, of Corning, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree and a Bench Warrant out of Corning City Court. Ms. Martin was processed at the Corning Police Department and subsequently transported to the Steuben County Jail to await arraignment.
