On September 4th, 2026, Corning Police Officers arrested 53 year-old Stuart A. Hall of Corning. Mr. Hall was charged with Menacing 2nd Degree and Criminal Possession  of a Weapon 4th Degree following an investigation into a dispute over a dog. Mr. Hall was processed on the arrest at the Corning Police Dept. and issued an appearance ticket to appear in Corning City Court at a later date.
