On September 28th, 2026, Corning Police Officers arrested 30 year-old Riley E. Emerson, of Corning, following an investigation into a domestic incident that occurred earlier in the evening on Sly Ave. Mr GrtiffithRust was charged with Grand Larceny 4th Degree (felony), Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd Degree, Assault 3rd Degree and Criminal Mischief 4th Degree. Mr. GriffithRust was processed on the arrest at the Corning Police Dept. and subsequently transported to the Steuben County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
