On September 9th, 2026, Corning Police Officer arrested 34 year-old Scott C. Dilly, of Savona, for 2 counts of Sexual Abuse 1st Degree (felony) and 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Mr. Dilly was processed on the arrest at the Corning Police Dept. and subsequently transported to the Steuben County Jail to await arraignment.
