On February 17th, 2026, Corning Police Officers arrested 43 year-old Nicholas A. Denunzio, of Addison, for Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravate Driving While Intoxicated .18 of 1% of Alcohol. Mr. Denunzio was processed on the arrest at the Corning Police Dept. and issued an appearance ticket to appear in Corning City Court at a later date.
