On March 14, 2025, Matthew Chorney of Corning was arrested for falsely reporting an incident, stemming from an incident that occured at the First Heritage Federal Credit Union. Mr. Chorney was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Corning City Court on March 25, 2025 at 8:30am.
